Here's a phrase I came up with last week -- incited by a couple of long muses about my crazy bouts with unemployment: good enough for desperation.

Then, I thought, "hey, why not turn it into a song?"

Well, it's good enough for desperation,
But I'm a little bit better than that.

Then I opened a beer and gave up.
