The short story is that my band is playing its debut

psychological hurdles; a five year absence from
playing my own material live; an instrument switch;
a few stupid ideas; a few more stupid ideas; damning
the doubters; trusting the seers; and taking a little
more conviction in the creative side of being:
I don't want to be good I just want to sing.

Truly, it is conviction. If you want comedy, try this
one on: "mom, dad, I'm 32, unemployed, and just
decided to join a rock band." Got (better) ideas?

So, for the half of you who never knew that I played
or for the others who are always asking what my band
sounds like, I'd be humbled if you came and
checked out the show.
