I think the hardest part about it is knowing that somewhere out there another cold, brutal day is coming to get us. Some people get more cold fronts than others -- and perhaps we dig our own graves -- but even during the warm sunny vacations of our existence, the thought that the office is just a few days away never really escapes us. Life is a game of avoidance, we spend our time avoiding the bad moments and in their absence we find joy.
